Shrimp and Broccoli Quiche

Nothing beats a dual-purpose dish! Quiche can be served for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. The best part is that you can let your imagination run wild when picking ingredients! For this particular quiche, I chose shrimp and broccoli.  The pairing worked well with a nice mimosa and some thick-cut bacon.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, 1/4 cup of cheese, and salt and pepper together in a large mixing bowl and set aside. In a sauté pan, season and cook the shrimp and broccoli and place in a separate bowl. Place the pie crust in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove and add the shrimp, broccoli, and the other 1/4 of cheese into the crust. Pour the egg mixture into the crust and place back into the oven for 50-60 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and then serve.
